Customer satisfaction index increases in 2011

The INCM's customer satisfaction index increased during 2011, achieving an overall rating of 7.9 points, on a scale of 1 to 10, corresponding to an increase of 0.1 points when compared to the previous year, in recognition of the quality of the products and services provided by the company.According to the INCM's customers, the company's image is associated with values such as trust and security. The company's products and services are rated as "good" or "very good" and, in general, very high scores were obtained for the attributes being evaluated.

The aspects that contributed the most to the result that was achieved were the availability and knowledge of the customer service staff and the quality of the products and services provided. These factors were acknowledged by all customer groups, whose satisfaction indices are distributed as follows:
