INCM ensures APCER COVID SAFE verification

October 6, 2020

APCER's COVID SAFE verification confirms that INCM complies with all the guidelines and requirements of the General Directorate of Health (DGS), the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) and the International Labor Organization (ILO), thus ensuring health and safety of its workers, customers and partners.

This verification, carried out by APCER auditors with professional experience and proven competence, covers the buildings of the Casa da Moeda and of the Imprensa Nacional, the Assay Office facilities in Porto and Gondomar and the warehouses in Sacavém and Póvoa de Santa Iria, as well as all INCM stores.

Gonçalo Caseiro, Chairman of the INCM's Board of Directors, stresses that "this guarantee of security and trust arises from INCM's commitment to all its workers, customers and partners, assumed since the beginning of the pandemic in its Contingency Plan. From the first moment that INCM placed the health and safety of its employees as a greater value, quickly applying teleworking and closing non-essential face-to-face services. Similarly, in the gradual return to the company, we have ensured the most appropriate solutions to maintain the safety of all without failing to respond to the requests that have accumulated over the quarantine and that are essential for the functioning of various areas of society, such as the printing of passport and citizen cards. It is with the greatest satisfaction that we have seen our work being recognized at such a difficult and crucial time. "

Since March, our first priority has been the safety and guarantee of everyone's health. We will continue to ensure these higher values, admittedly.
