Permanent Global Studies Seminar - Session XVI

The Official Printing Office Library yesterday played host to the XVI session of the Permanent Global Studies Seminar, with José Luís Carneiro, Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities, as the guest speaker.
“Policy priorities for Portuguese people in the world” was the subject presented during this session, and the Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities emphasised the role of Portuguese people overseas as “the greatest force for integrating Portugal” into global life.
The Permanent Global Studies Seminar is a monthly cycle of conferences run by INCM and by the Portuguese Open University (UAb) as part of the Infante Dom Henrique Professorship for Atlantic Islands and Globalisation Studies.
