CERTIFICATIONS
INCM has set up an Integrated Management System (IMS) supported by good practices that, mostly, result from the implementation of national and international standards, for which the company is certified.
The certification of INCM’s Quality Management System of INCM, according to ISO 9001:2015, reveals the care that the company gives to the quality of its processes and products and o focus on the satisfaction of its customers.
The Security Graphic Production Management System, certified in accordance with ISO 14298:2021, covers the production and personalization of passports, Schengen visas, identification documents, credit cards, residence permits, and driving licenses.
The scope of the Information Security Management System certification, in accordance with ISO 27001:2013, which covers, at this stage, the production of the tachograph, demonstrates the organization’s concern to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
The certification of INCM’s Environmental Management Management System, according to ISO 14001:2015, ensures that the company’s activity is developed with particular attention and care regarding the preservation of the environment.
The certification of the Conciliation Management System between professional, family, and personal life in line with the NP 4552:2022, confirms that INCM tries to assure to its employees the balance between these three dimensions, contributing to their personal fulfillment and to their physical, and mental and emotional well-being.
Besides these certifications, the Laboratory of Graphic Products and the Laboratories of the Lisbon and Oporto Printworks are accredited by the Portuguese Accreditation Institute under the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, thus helping to further consolidate INCM’s activity.
INCM is accredited by the National Security Office for the handling of classified information up to the level of Secret, under the National, EU and Nato marks.
