Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Zagalo, nasceu a 13 de outubro de 1952. \u00c9 casada, tem duas filhas e uma fam\u00edlia muito grande. Da base at\u00e9 ao topo, desenvolveu a sua carreira na IBM onde, ao longo de quase quatro d\u00e9cadas e com algumas experi\u00eancias noutros pa\u00edses e noutros continentes, conciliou vida profissional, pessoal e familiar.<\/p>\n
A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, o marketing e a cidadania sempre foram o seu fasc\u00ednio, e foi a\u00ed que residiu a sua escolha na hora de encetar um novo ciclo de vida. Considerando-se uma volunt\u00e1ria compulsiva, e tendo realizado diversas miss\u00f5es de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o no Vietname, em Mo\u00e7ambique, em 6 ilhas do arquip\u00e9lago de Cabo Verde, em S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 e Pr\u00edncipe e em Timor, dedica os seus dias \u00e0 gest\u00e3o associativa, a atividades docentes, \u00e0 consultoria em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es do setor social, \u00e0s causas, aos temas de g\u00e9nero, ao empreendedorismo social\u2026\u00a0 aos quatro netos. <\/span><\/p>\n Recebeu diversas distin\u00e7\u00f5es ao longo da sua vida, como os Pr\u00e9mios Carreira atribu\u00eddos pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de Empresa e, mais recentemente, pela revista Human Resources<\/em> e pela revista Exame<\/em>. Foi Vencedora na Women 3.0 Awards 2023 na Categoria Mulher da D\u00e9cada. Das muitas distin\u00e7\u00f5es granjeadas, releva a que lhe foi atribu\u00edda pela Amnistia Internacional, juntamente com outras vinte e cinco mulheres em todo o mundo, pela sua especial dedica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s causas sociais.
