Projeto proveniente da ideia vencedora em 1.\u00ba lugar na 1.\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0Pr\u00e9mio IN3+<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Este projeto teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento de sistemas eletr\u00f3nicos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o utilizando tecnologia embebida e implementada em papel, visando o aumento da seguran\u00e7a e da rastreabilidade de pessoas, atos, bens e documentos. Ap\u00f3s t\u00e9rmino do projeto, o seu desenvolvimento foi tido no \u00e2mbito do Laborat\u00f3rio Colaborativo AlmaScience<\/a>. Trata-se de um conceito inovador, estando a INCM na linha da frente na eletr\u00f3nica impressa e flex\u00edvel em substrato de celulose.<\/span><\/p>\n

A rede\u00a0<\/span>EBSI (European Blockchain Services Infrastructure)<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9 uma rede distribu\u00edda promovida pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia para a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de car\u00e1cter transfronteiri\u00e7o (e.g. emiss\u00e3o e verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de diplomas, traceabilidade de produtos, etc.). O objetivo deste projeto \u00e9 a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um n\u00f3 validador desta rede distribu\u00edda na INCM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este projeto tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o-autoritativas de identidade digital e de informa\u00e7\u00e3o centradas no cidad\u00e3o. Estas ferramentas ir\u00e3o permitir que um conjunto de entidades de autoridade informal a cria\u00e7\u00e3o colaborem com os sistemas centrais de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado na gest\u00e3o e partilha de informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os cidad\u00e3os. Este projeto pretende alcan\u00e7ar uma melhoria da efici\u00eancia interna nas \u00e1reas produtiva e log\u00edstica, nomeadamente atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de rob\u00f3tica colaborativa, para o transporte de produto entre \u00e1reas de seguran\u00e7a, tais como o Cart\u00e3o de Cidad\u00e3o e o Passaporte, atrav\u00e9s da manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o de um armaz\u00e9m autom\u00e1tico e envio dos produtos finais validados para expedi\u00e7\u00e3o, segundo o paradigma da Ind\u00fastria 4.0. O projeto utiliza tecnologias\u00a0<\/span>digital twin<\/i>\u00a0<\/span>que permite criar um ambiente virtual da f\u00e1brica em espelho, o que facilitar\u00e1 todo o processo de simula\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente fabril, com vantagens na dete\u00e7\u00e3o atempada de falhas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Um identificador \u00fanico que pode ser validado atrav\u00e9s de smartphones, assumindo-se como uma ferramenta vers\u00e1til, acess\u00edvel e que faz de cada consumidor um potencial aliado das marcas e das autoridades no combate \u00e0 contrafa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Tem como objetivo promover a confian\u00e7a no mercado e pode ser aplicado em documentos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como em diversos bens e produtos de elevado valor e qualidade, sendo por isso mais sujeitos \u00e0 falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o e contrafa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Pretende desenvolver uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00e3o de documentos digitais de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o (civil, profissional, acad\u00e9mica) cuja utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 efetuada atrav\u00e9s de dispositivos m\u00f3veis (smartphones, tablets), baseados em infraestruturas descentralizadas (p.e. Blockchain privada, semi-privada ou p\u00fablica), e em biometria avan\u00e7ada complementada por biometria comportamental, em conformidade com RGPD e eIDAS.<\/p>\n

Em documentos\u00a0de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e viagem (tais como o passaporte ou o cart\u00e3o do cidad\u00e3o, entre outros)<\/span>, al\u00e9m dos dados biogr\u00e1ficos, a fotografia \u00e9 um elemento central para associar um documento ao seu portador.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diversas fraudes de documentos passam por alterar a fotografia ou gerar uma fotografia que permita uma falsa identifica\u00e7\u00e3o futura. <\/span><\/p>\n

Neste projeto, pretende-se criar ferramentas para melhorar as caracter\u00edsticas visuais da imagem e validar se essa fotografia atende \u00e0s normas internacionais para emiss\u00e3o de documentos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9 ainda objetivo deste projeto realizar prova de vida durante a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da fotografia e criar uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, para dispositivos m\u00f3veis, de reconhecimento facial.

O Projeto Nanomarcador resulta de uma parceria com o Centro de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Materiais \u2013 Instituto de Nanoestruturas, Nanomodela\u00e7\u00e3o e Nanofabrica\u00e7\u00e3o (CENIMAT\/i3N) pertencente \u00e0 NOVA School of Science and Technology | FCT NOVA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O projeto tem como objetivo a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de nanomarcadores para incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o em tintas de seguran\u00e7a e desenvolvimento do respetivo leitor para valida\u00e7\u00e3o dos elementos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Os elementos de seguran\u00e7a ser\u00e3o impressos atrav\u00e9s de m\u00e9todos convencionais de impress\u00e3o (offset, serigrafia, flexografia e inkjet) para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos\/selos de elevada seguran\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n

O novo motor de pesquisa do Di\u00e1rio da Rep\u00fablica \u00e9 desenvolvido em parceria com o Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores, Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento (INESC ID) e d\u00e1 continuidade \u00e0 experi\u00eancia digital j\u00e1 proporcionada pelo Di\u00e1rio da Rep\u00fablica Eletr\u00f3nico.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O principal objetivo \u00e9 o desenvolvimento de uma nova ferramenta de pesquisa suportada por Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, com Processamento de Linguagem Natural (PLN), capaz de responder com agilidade e efic\u00e1cia ao conte\u00fado altamente especializado e institucional do DRE.<\/span><\/p>\n

O principal impacto deste projeto a oferta de uma resposta mais especializada \u00e0 pesquisa de conte\u00fados realizada por profissionais, institui\u00e7\u00f5es, empresas e cidad\u00e3os com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o aplicacional integrada que oferece um servi\u00e7o de ordena\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados de pesquisa e de um servi\u00e7o de an\u00e1lise de comportamentos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.

Tem como objetivo a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias aditivas no fabrico de discos para cunhagem com formas e detalhes geom\u00e9tricos complexos, imposs\u00edveis de fabricar atrav\u00e9s das denominadas \u201ctecnologias tradicionais\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

O Projeto MoedINOV resulta de uma candidatura ao Programa P2020, liderada pela Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda (INCM), e possui como parceiro o Centro de Microeletromec\u00e2nica e Sistemas (CMEMS) da Universidade do Minho.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O projeto visa a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00e9cnicas avan\u00e7adas de materiais na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos efeitos est\u00e9ticos nas moedas de cole\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n

Combinam-se assim diversos materiais met\u00e1licos e cer\u00e2micos, que levam ao desenvolvimento de novos padr\u00f5es e texturas superficiais e assim criar novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es de design, respondendo assim \u00e0s elevadas exig\u00eancias deste mercado, de \u00e2mbito internacional. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sendo as moedas de cole\u00e7\u00e3o na sua ess\u00eancia produtos de autor e de arte, os investigadores e t\u00e9cnicos da INCM e da Universidade do Minho trabalham em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a equipa do Professor Eduardo Aires, artista pl\u00e1stico reconhecido internacionalmente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este projeto resulta de uma candidatura ao Programa H2020, no qual a INCM \u00e9 parceira em cons\u00f3rcio internacional, e tem por base a tecnologia e o modelo blockchain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um market place de dados de sa\u00fade confi\u00e1vel, seguro, justo e compat\u00edvel com a privacidade, pretende-se a possibilidade de inclus\u00e3o nos dados pessoais de sa\u00fade de par\u00e2metros como Eletronic Health Records \/Eletronic Medical Records (EHR\/EMR) e dispositivos m\u00e9dicos, entre outros.<\/p>\n

O projeto PharmaLedger visa a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a dos pacientes, atrav\u00e9s da rastreabilidade do produto farmac\u00eautico, ajudando na luta contra a falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o, redu\u00e7\u00e3o da fraude e cumprimento dos regulamentos e requisitos europeus.<\/p>\n

Visa tamb\u00e9m acelerar o processo de desenvolvimento e testes cl\u00ednicos, fornecendo ao mesmo tempo transpar\u00eancia, auditabilidade e controlo de acesso em todos os aspetos da condu\u00e7\u00e3o de ensaios cl\u00ednicos com v\u00e1rias partes interessadas, incluindo pacientes e reguladores.<\/p>\n

O contributo da INCM incide sobretudo na linha de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada com a cadeia log\u00edstica de f\u00e1rmacos, onde providenciar\u00e1 solu\u00e7\u00f5es de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o e rastreabilidade dos mesmos.<\/p>\n

O principal impacto deste projeto assenta na agiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o de dados de sa\u00fade para uma resposta mais eficaz na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de testes e ensaios cl\u00ednicos, por um lado, e a garantia de uma maior seguran\u00e7a e confian\u00e7a do consumidor no acesso aos f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p>\n

O projeto April pretende estudar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das mais recentes t\u00e9cnicas da rob\u00f3tica colaborativa e \u00e1gil na manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais flex\u00edveis nos processos fabris da INCM, mais concretamente na produ\u00e7\u00e3o do passaporte eletr\u00f3nico portugu\u00eas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Neste paradigma da ind\u00fastria 4.0, em que os operadores humanos est\u00e3o em constante intera\u00e7\u00e3o com rob\u00f4s e equipamentos modernos e sofisticados, aplicando as mais recentes t\u00e9cnicas de intelig\u00eancia artificial, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel esperar que no final a f\u00e1brica seja mais din\u00e2mica, mais flex\u00edvel, mais produtiva, mais segura e, acima de tudo, capaz de valorizar o capital humano.<\/span><\/p>\n

O projeto iMARS pretende combater um tipo espec\u00edfico de fraude \u2013 o morphing. O morphing \u00e9 a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos com fotografias falsas para a passagem em fronteiras f\u00edsicas terrestres, mar\u00edtimas e a\u00e9reas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Este tipo de ataques \u00e0s fronteiras constitui-se como uma permanente amea\u00e7a \u00e0 sociedade. <\/span><\/p>\n

A INCM pretende, com este projeto, combater estes ataques, introduzindo novos mecanismos de seguran\u00e7a, e aperfei\u00e7oando outros j\u00e1 existentes, na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e viagem. <\/span><\/p>\n

Esta tecnologia, que usa os mais recentes avan\u00e7os da intelig\u00eancia artificial e do processamento de imagem, poder\u00e1 ser usada em muitos outros produtos e documentos de seguran\u00e7a criados pela INCM.<\/span><\/p>\n
