Abrange produtos, processos, modelos de neg\u00f3cio ou m\u00e9todos organizacionais, garantindo a sustentabilidade e a competitividade da empresa.<\/p>\n

Refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia da inova\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua no alcance e desenvolvimento de novas abordagens e projetos, foi criado o INCMLAB, um n\u00facleo de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o assente numa estrat\u00e9gia colaborativa (open innovation), na integra\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento e inova\u00e7\u00e3o (I&DI).<\/p>\n

A\u202fINCM\u202fconta ainda com uma rede colaborativa de parceiros externos -\u202fRede de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/span> – constitu\u00edda por dezenas de universidades, centros tecnol\u00f3gicos e de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, laborat\u00f3rios e\u202fstartups, investidores, fornecedores e clientes, entre outras entidades setoriais consideradas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n
