A INCM tem a natureza jur\u00eddica de sociedade an\u00f3nima de capitais exclusivamente p\u00fablicos, regendo-se pelo regime jur\u00eddico consagrado no\u202f\u202fDecreto-lei n.\u00ba 235\/2015<\/a>,\u202fde 14 de outubro, pelos seus\u202fEstatutos<\/a>, pelas normas reguladoras das sociedades an\u00f3nimas e pelas normas especiais cuja aplica\u00e7\u00e3o decorra do objeto da sociedade, bem como pelo regime jur\u00eddico do setor p\u00fablico empresarial, aprovado pelo\u202fDecreto-lei n.\u00ba 133\/2013<\/a>, de 3 de outubro, em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com as determina\u00e7\u00f5es e pol\u00edticas estrat\u00e9gicas definidas pelo Governo e pela Parp\u00fablica – Participa\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas (SGPS), S. A., no exerc\u00edcio da sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o acionista.<\/strong><\/p>\n A sua miss\u00e3o \u00e9 prosseguida ainda tendo em aten\u00e7\u00e3o as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es gerais de gest\u00e3o,
