La cultura de innovaci\u00f3n es absolutamente estrat\u00e9gica para el presente y futuro de la INCM \u2013 Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda y uno de los principales ejes estrat\u00e9gicos de la actividad. Abarca productos, procesos, modelos de negocio o formas de organizaci\u00f3n, asegurando la sostenibilidad y competitividad de la empresa.<\/p>\n

Reforzando la importancia de la innovaci\u00f3n continua en el alcance y desarrollo continuo de nuevos enfoques y proyectos, se cre\u00f3 INCMLAB, un n\u00facleo de transformaci\u00f3n basado en una estrategia colaborativa (open innovation), en la integraci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo y la innovaci\u00f3n (I+D+i).<\/p>\n

INCM tambi\u00e9n cuenta con una red colaborativa de socios externos – Red de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/a><\/span> – formada por decenas de universidades, centros tecnol\u00f3gicos y de investigaci\u00f3n, laboratorios de startups, inversores, proveedores y clientes, entre otras entidades sectoriales consideradas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n
