En la INCM todas las personas son acogidas, respetadas y tratadas por igual, independientemente de lo que las haga \u00fanicas o diferentes a las dem\u00e1s, como edad, sexo, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad de g\u00e9nero, raza, etnia, origen social, situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y familiar, religi\u00f3n, condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica o mental, creencias pol\u00edticas o ideol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3lo valorando la diversidad y la igualdad de oportunidades ser\u00e1 posible construir una sociedad mejor, m\u00e1s justa y equilibrada, donde cada uno tenga su sitio y pueda aportar su contribuci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

INCM tambi\u00e9n cuenta con un Plan de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, definido anualmente y construido de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad en el Trabajo y el Empleo (CITE), que abarca las siguientes dimensiones:<\/p>\n

    Ese camino se construye todos los d\u00edas, especialmente en el D\u00eda de la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero em la INCM, que se celebra el 1 de junio, recordando la contrataci\u00f3n de Etelvina Adelaide Concei\u00e7\u00e3o e Silva, en 1895, la primera trabajadora de la Casa da Moeda.<\/p>\n

    Si, por un lado, el final del siglo XIX registr\u00f3 t\u00edmidamente el ingreso de las primeras mujeres en la Casa da Moeda y la Imprensa Nacional, hoy existe un equilibrio entre el n\u00famero de trabajadores y trabajadoras, con mujeres en todos los niveles de la empresa y jerarqu\u00edas.<\/p>\n

    La implicaci\u00f3n de la INCM en la igualdad de g\u00e9nero se ha traducido en su participaci\u00f3n en foros empresariales, entre ellos iGen y Diversity at Work, as\u00ed como en la adopci\u00f3n de medidas que potencian la igualdad de oportunidades en el trabajo, a las que se suman buenas pr\u00e1cticas de conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida personal y profesional.<\/p>\n
