La responsabilidad social de la INCM, basada en sus valores y legado hist\u00f3rico y en una cultura de apoyo y participaci\u00f3n activa en la comunidad, busca marcar la diferencia y contribuir a una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y solidaria.<\/p>\n
Para cumplir con este prop\u00f3sito, la INCM, a trav\u00e9s de su Bolsa de Voluntariado, promueve acciones peri\u00f3dicas de voluntariado corporativo que posibiliten el involucramiento y participaci\u00f3n de todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras, as\u00ed como de familiares, jubilados y socios de la empresa, en iniciativas con impacto en la comunidad.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s de la actividad que desarrolla con la Bolsa de Voluntarios de la INCM, la empresa tambi\u00e9n desarrolla proyectos especiales de intervenci\u00f3n social basados \u200b\u200ben sus capacidades \u00fanicas, como soluciones de identificaci\u00f3n para el tercer sector o la producci\u00f3n de monedas y libros solidarios, que contribuyen con parte de sus ingresos para apoyar causas e instituciones, adem\u00e1s de acciones ocasionales de emergencia social, a trav\u00e9s de alianzas con organizaciones calificadas.<\/p>\n
INCM busca alinear sus iniciativas y acciones de responsabilidad social con la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, valores y lineamientos estrat\u00e9gicos de la empresa, as\u00ed como con sus diversas \u00e1reas de actuaci\u00f3n, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios:<\/p>\n
– Desarrollo de sus trabajadores y trabajadoras y sus respectivas competencias ciudadanas;<\/p>\n
– Servicio al ciudadano;<\/p>\n
– Promoci\u00f3n de la lengua y cultura portuguesas;<\/p>\n
– Desenvolvimiento sustentable;<\/p>\n
– Desarrollo de proyectos de innovaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n
INCM tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 asociado a GRACE \u2013 Empresas Responsables, donde forma parte del Cl\u00faster de Ciudadan\u00eda y Voluntariado.<\/p>\n
