Las condiciones contractuales para la producci\u00f3n de moneda, la libre disponibilidad de la edici\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica del Di\u00e1rio da Rep\u00fablica y la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de contraste est\u00e1n consagrados en el Decreto-Ley.<\/p>\n

Por Resoluci\u00f3n de Consejo de Ministros n.\u00ba 188\/2008<\/a> de 27 de noviembre, la INCM se encarga, en el marco de su pol\u00edtica editorial, de reforzar la difusi\u00f3n de obras en lengua portuguesa y representativas de la cultura portuguesa.<\/p>\n

La actividad editorial es definida por el Consejo de Redacci\u00f3n, integrado por 7 a 10 miembros, uno de los cuales es designado por el Ministro de Cultura y el resto elegidos por la Asamblea General, a propuesta del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, recayendo la elecci\u00f3n sobre personalidades de reconocida capacidad literaria, art\u00edstica y cultural.<\/p>\n

La actividad numism\u00e1tica se define en el Consejo Numism\u00e1tico, compuesto por 7 a 10 miembros, uno de los cuales es designado por el Ministro de Hacienda y el otro por el Gobernador del Banco de Portugal y los dem\u00e1s elegidos por la Asamblea General, a propuesta del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, con la facultad de recaer en personalidades de reconocida capacidad en el campo de la numism\u00e1tica, las medallas y la fabricaci\u00f3n de monedas met\u00e1licas.<\/p>\n
