INCM tiene naturaleza jur\u00eddica de sociedad de responsabilidad limitada de capital exclusivamente p\u00fablico, regida por el r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico consagrado en el Decreto-Ley N. 235\/2015<\/a> de 14 de Octubre, por sus normas<\/a> Las normas que rigen las sociedades an\u00f3nimas y las normas especiales cuya aplicaci\u00f3n se deriva del objeto de la sociedad, as\u00ed como el r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico del sector p\u00fablico empresarial, aprobado por el Decreto-Ley N. 133\/2013<\/a> de 3 de octubre, en conjunto con las determinaciones y pol\u00edticas estrat\u00e9gicas definidas por el Gobierno y la Parp\u00fablica \u2013 Participa\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas (SGPS), S.A., en el ejercicio de su funci\u00f3n accionaria.<\/p>\n

Su misi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se persigue teniendo en cuenta las directrices generales de gesti\u00f3n, establecidas en los siguientes diplomas, que en el contexto de la actividad de la empresa asumen un car\u00e1cter determinante:<\/p>\n

Decreto-Ley n.\u00ba 71\/2007<\/a>, de 27 de marzo, que aprueba el Estatuto del Administrador P\u00fablico, modificado por la Ley n.\u00ba 64-A\/2008<\/a>, de 31 de diciembre, y por el Decreto-Ley n.\u00ba 8\/2012<\/a>, de 18 de enero;
La resoluci\u00f3n de Consejo de Ministros n.\u00ba 16\/2012<\/a>, de 14 de febrero, por la que se aprueban los criterios para la determinaci\u00f3n del salario de los directivos p\u00fablicos;
la Resoluci\u00f3n de Consejo de Ministros n.\u00ba 36\/1012<\/a>, de 26 de marzo, que aprob\u00f3 la clasificaci\u00f3n de las empresas p\u00fablicas a los efectos de determinar el salario de los respectivos gerentes;
Despacho n.\u00ba 14277\/2008<\/a>, de 23 de mayo, del Ministro de Estado y Finanzas, por el cual se establecen los plazos para el suministro de informaci\u00f3n para el seguimiento y control financiero de las empresas p\u00fablicas no financieras.<\/p>\n

El accionista tambi\u00e9n define lineamientos m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos dirigidos a la actividad concreta de la INCM.<\/p>\n
