    This path is built every day, especially on the INCM Gender Equality Day, which is celebrated on June 1st, remembering the hiring of Etelvina Adelaide Concei\u00e7\u00e3o e Silva, in 1895, the first female employee of the Casa da Moeda.<\/p>\n

    If, on the one hand, the end of the 19th century saw the shy admission of the first women to the Casa da Moeda and the Imprensa Nacional, today there is a balance between the number of women and men workers, with women at all levels and in all hierarchies of the company.<\/p>\n

    INCM’s involvement in the gender equality issue has led to its participation in business forums, including the iGen, as well as the adoption of measures that enhance equal opportunities at work, together with good practices in conciliation between personal and professional life.<\/p>\n
