The Vicente Jorge Silva Excellence <\/strong>in Journalism Award <\/strong>promoted by Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda has as its main objective the distinction of works that reinforce the different journalistic styles of the written press, whether through investigation, reportage, or analysis, contributing to a more informed society.<\/p>\n This prize, which had its 1st edition in 2021, awards an annual scholarship for journalistic research worth 5,000 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n All applications from national or international journalism professionals – holders of a professional card, a card equivalent to a journalist card, a foreign correspondent card, or a provisional intern title – will be considered.<\/p>\n
